Do I need a referral to visit the clinic?
No. As a private multidisciplinary clinic, you can self-refer for any of our dental, medical, or wellness services.
Is there parking available nearby?
Yes. we recommend using Spice’s Yard Car Park, which is located conveniently behind the High Street for easy access to our front door.
Do you offer emergency appointments?
Absolutely. We provide a 24/7 Emergency Dental service. For medical or wellness enquiries, we aim to offer same-day or next-day consultations whenever possible.
Can I combine treatments from different departments?
Yes, that is the Urban ideal. Many of our patients coordinate dental hygiene, blood diagnostics, and skin treatments in a single visit. Get in touch beforehand and he’ll help co-ordinate your care and offer discounts where available
Are you an NHS or Private clinic?
We are a 100% private clinic, allowing us to offer longer appointment times, advanced technology (like the Vatech OPG), and no waitlists.
Do I need to Pre-Book appointments or is there a walk-in service?
To avoid any disappointment or delay to treatment, we advise pre-booking the service you require. Please do of course call us for any immediate availability enquiries and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
